Interesting question Ms. Miche. I've often wondered this if at the Southern U.S. Border we had immigrants wanting to come in and lobbing rockets at us, what would Americans want to do in that case? Wouldn't they fight back? Of course they would, in a heartbeat.

America has defended its borders and yet it is still not enough. These would be immigrants throw rocks and are really injuring the border patrol here. We have a fence that they climb over, dig under and a huge border without fencing along the river. Not enough Patrol to handle the situation. We even have US Citizens group volunteering to help the situation down there.

These really very poor people that travel so long to get here, I want to help them all. Mexico is our neighbor and I believe in helping them as well as the Latin Americans, but especially our next door neighbor, Mexico. I do see Mexico trying to help themselves and they help us too they already caught a would be Muslim terrorist from slipping in, he tried to blend in with the others.

Also, Canada, our northern neighbor helps fight against terrorists trying to slip in.

In your case, the neighbors are purposely sending their terrorists to you to breach your borders. It's not just simple immigration issue like we have for them to better their lives. You have a hateful immigration breach of border issue. The Palestinians have always had opportunity to better their lives, but spend their money on guns and rockets instead of bettering their lives.

There is a difference from helping our neighbors to just handing a whole country over to them and open the border like some are suggesting Israel do. They won't do it with their own country yet they want to impose it on you.

I know you're getting hit over there by rockets in Ashkelon. Hang in there okay? Stay safe. And yes, you have a right to defend yourself from those attacks.

First I think it would be important to find out why people are not happy and launching rockets. Once I know what the problem is then I would vote for my gov. discussing the issue with the people and reaching some kind of conclusion to make both sides happy.

Of course Canada would call out the military to make a border around the crisis. But really Canada uses restraint somehow. We had a crisis (not compared to the ME) but the military was sent there , it went on for months. In the end the 2 sides made an agreement and the problem solved. A very interesting question based on logical reasonings, of course. However, but facts need to be reveled truthfully, without biases.

An instant reply to your question is 'No' with capital 'n.'

As for facts, we would need to look into the situation & facts about what your goverment is doing to them is justified or based on the Book you Believe in, since you calim Ireael to be a Religious Ideology!

In the situation of Israel the two things, Religion & Politics, are mix up--- and very well confused. Therefore, this demands an answerer to be visionary on both the ends.

Consider Pakistan, which is also a Religious Ideology, and equally confused between Religion & Politics.

Pakistan is equally disturbed by Religious Fanatic Groups in its North West Province & to some extent in another Wester Province, Balochistan.

Our political goverment has just signed a peace treaty with the Talibans. Doing whatsoever possible to mitigate the situation amicably.
Moreover, our forces are on defensive in order to occour minimum possible damage to the People & their Property!

We are hopeful that there will be peace soon, inside our borders. You see our government supporting the warlord USA in Afghanistan is the root cause of all this unrest.

Many Pakistani Muslims consider it against Islam, whatever, it was a political move by our previous government--- and no way can be considered religious... but were are similarly confused & in the mess as your government & the country is!

Towards bottom line, it's the 'INTENTIONS' that matters!

My country? Hell no. (I live in the US. We have military in places we aren't even at war with.)

Me? Not necessarily, but I'd immediately try to find a road to peace. And really, if people are willing to blow themselves up, it seems like they don't have much to live for. I'd probably try to figure out why that is and remedy it, instead of, say, piling on more reasons.

No! I would do as General Paton, Montgomery and MacArthur did in WWII against Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan, such as hit them hard until they surrender! It was one of the proudest moment in history when the Germans and Japanese signed the unconditional surrender. If Israel hit hard the terrorists and terrorist states perhaps one day they will surrender and we will have PEACE, as we have today with Germany and Japan!
