Ok, if you think about the dinner.... it is not really good idea to eat alot in it. The reason for that because after eating the dinner what wil you do, going to bed and here you know that you will not be doing so many physical activities and thereofre the food espacially the SWEETS will acummulated and will be tansformed into fats.
Because of that I dont eat alot and bread (brown) + juice (non gasouse) and chees will be sufficient or enough. |
