All I can say H , its a pretty sad thing that in an occupied territory when tanks and rifles are used everyday in a neighborbood where children play, and when they get so angry that they throw a rock at a monster tank and then go to jail, some young as 10 years old, where is the justice. And when people say that a rock is worse than a tank something seems backwards, one can't justify that. Peace to you!

Here's a video also that Israeli children throw stones! Are they put in jail? To watch the video one has to sign in and verify age as its grafic violence.

You Got Wrong Info(where did you read this?) - you should refer to more reliable sources - preferable in english so the rest of the world can read too.

Reading Arab press (which is under pro Islamic countries) won't get you the most reliable info... I don't know about the rest of the Arab Press but I think it might not be so straight but then again I never read it.

children don't go to jail that easily at all - everything has to go through courts and if it doesn't there is a problem. I believe that there is descrimination torwards non-citizens.
this is acceptable in any country around the world - if you are a citizen you are treated better.

you should also keep in mind 1 thing - that Israel is not a weak country nevertheless it has one of the most highest human right laws around the world - (you should know there is no death penalty in Israel- for instance) but don't ever presume that Israel can't do what it wants to the palestinians the reasons not harming them - is because Israel believes some of the population is innocent, and that makes us different from the rest of the countries we do not fire missles into crowds of people - we don't shoot anyone any place, we protect the innocent unlike - them, I also think you have the wrong Idea about the rock throwing have you ever been hit by a rock- do you know it can kill you?? ROCKS CAN KILL!
They killed in the old days the way they kill today - you take one and throw one into someones head with a slingshot or with your hand and it brakes the skull - or makes concusions or just severly damages the head/body part. so FYI

anyways - most of what you said is wrong - I'm not telling you that they are treated like the Israeli citizens(including Israeli arabs) but they are treated noentheless, and they get medical attention- most of them come to Israel and beg to leave the palestinian authoroties.. but Israel can not accept everyone to be it's citizen

P.S. Rocks are weapons. You'll be surprised, but a lot of times a rock will kill you sooner then a bullet.

The West Bank is under military occupation that is to say Martial Rule it would only make sense that the occupiers the Israeli's behave in a manner befiting occupiers which is to say they take away basic freedoms such as freedom of movement, soverignity and like you say the right to a fair trial.

That is just the nature of the beast H, the Americans are occupying Iraq and they do very much the same thing.

They take away the freedom of Iraqi's they arrest anyone they want and dont give a trial if they dont want to....

Though I am not an Israeli, neither living in Israel. As per basic rules of justice, it is suspect until proven guilty. Unfortunately we all have prejudices and we make decisions based on our prejudices not reality. Hence one can become guilty if we want to. States are made by people so they are prejudiced too.

NO people of israel, people in democratic nations like the United States DO NOT get thrown in jail for throwing rocks, and especially not for throwing rocks against an invading/occupying army. Our boys in iraq get treatment that is much worse than kids throwing rocks and yet you'll rarely hear about an american soldier shooting at people for, what is essentially, bad conduct (not more, not less)

These children are far from innocent. Rock throwing is just the beginning steps to further terrorism. They are showing a lack of respect for authority. Those children deserve punishment and education so they will learn not to have the hatred that the adults in their lives have shown them. They are treated just fine and jailed for only a short period of time and then released.

The rocks thrown by these sometimes 18-year-old "kids" can kill and have killed.

Kids have been found carrying suicide bombs, on the way to detonate them in the middle of big cities like Tel Aviv.

I am impressed by your defense of terrorist children, but I did not note any concern for innocent Israeli civilians who have been murdered by such children.

Regarding terrorists in Israeli jails, many are permitted to be in contact with their fellow terrorists outside, including giving them orders to kill.

think about the situation that you are a soldier and a kid is throwing something on you... how can you be sure that's it's a rock and not a grenade??? I mean maybe someone paid him to do it... anything is possible with them... it's our reality

and those palestinias... I don't know but I don't think that they are in prison just because...

Rock throwing is standard training for arab terrorists. Get a manual on arab terrorist training and you will find a policy for it. Normal people don't just go out and throw rocks at poloice and tanks. Money is being paid so these children can have time to be out on the streets protesting. They need to eat food and live somewhere. If the arabs would take care of them the Israeli's would not have to do it for them.

Why do you seek to justify and rationalise everything done by Palestinians, while criminalising everything done by Israelis?

Wouldn't a fairer and more intelligent attitude be to acknowledge that there is wrong, and right, on both sides?

Why do you put "rock throwing" and "criminals" in quotes? Are you saying none of those people ARE criminals and none of them DO throw rocks? Or could it be -- just a possibility -- that you put these words in quotes because the victims are mostly Jewish?

Rocks are just like any other weapon, by the way -- just on the more Neanderthal side as far as effectiveness. In any other country, if you kill or maim someone, it doesn't matter if you do it with a rock or a gun -- it's the result that matters. By the way, if a Jewish "kid" started throwing rocks at the police in Tehran, what do you think his punishment would be? What about Israeli kids -- real kids, whose ages are still in the single digits -- who get murdered by terrorists? Do they get a day in court or a lawyer before they get blown up? Do the terrorists make sure someone from their family holds their hand while they are killed? Huh?

thenx to our divine law system , the rock throwing kids will aventually turn into real terorist, but we treat them as like as jew boy will throw a stone on someone, he will go to jail or less ,to house arrest.
but today there is no more kids who throw stones...that was sooo 90'.. today kids throw handgranades and having training in camps on how to oprate weapons, no more innocent kids like it use to be in the intifada.

Sad to say, but in some countries, it's "guilty until proven innocent" which is what makes America so great. At least we are given a fair hearing before being convicted.
