ha!.. I live here in Saudi.. Ive heard that saying many times.. I guess it would mean religiously from a muslims stand point its the center of the world.. but as the others have posted, geologically NO..
But having said this.. today its so hot outside, even while I was waiting for my babys school bus at 6am. it was so hot, I was sweltering there waiting in the heat.. So YES.. it guess its the center of the world in terms of the center is so hot, here it feels like the same... hahaha!...
