Of course, buddy. Tunisian Belle a.k.a. Jamie Hassen is as real as you and me. What made you doubt her existence? About how she got to be a featured user, well, her Qs&As history and best answer percentage have clearly spoken for her.

Yes, she is a real person... she has helped me for a long time... she helped me move to tunisia, to get information that i needed to marry my wonderful tunisian husband, and continues to help me get him to the usa... she is a fantastic contrubution to the Y! community..

Yes she is real. She is a wonderful person, a loving mom, and a great friend. She was shocked to be chosen as a feature user and isn't quite sure how they chose her. But Congrats Jamie, you deserve it!! ((HUGS))

She got chosen as a featured user because either someone put her name forward as a person to be recognized OR Yahoo finally noticed!
More than likely it was a combination of both!

Yes, she is very real. She is a beautiful, American gal living in Tunisia and she is very knowledgable about many things. I first met her here at Yahoo answers and we''ve kept contact since. She's a featured user because she's very smart and helps a lot of people. Try not to be so jealous...:P

Yep :o) she used to post in the Ramadan section a lot a couple of months back. And her Q & A were always very good ... a very good choice for featured user, IMHO.

Hey man!

Of course she is a real wonderful person, a real nice woman. An American who lives in Tunisia and so helpful and thoughtful to others.

I had a good experience with her when I intended to travel to Tunisia and she was a big help for me, even privately (I mean via private messages). Although I missed the chance of meeting her and her wonderful family when I was there.

She has a wonderful humane touch and a nice practical experience with critical issues like pregnancy, weight loss and travel by airplanes.

And finally she is one of the biggest contributers in Yahoo! Answers site.

God bless her, her hubby and kids.

I guess she became a featured user because she deserved it, she writes great blogs and I know that through my experience of being connected to her on 360.

i hope so. becouse i really like her! lol. i think it would be hard to 'fake' the amount of pictures and news we get from her. and what would be the point?! i enjoy reading her answers and chatting with her, so thats all that matters to me. i hope to meet her one day.

Yes she is very real!! I don't know the criteria to be a Yahoo featured user however, her answers are always intelligent and insightful. She is an excellent writer who keeps people interested in her topics whether it's travel, Tunisian culture or her family.

Yes, she is a real person. I know her and have known her for a while now. She is a dear friend and we have shared a lot about our lives with each other. I can't wait to meet her in person one day but we currently blog and keep in touch with each other at a blogging/networking site. She has mailed me stuff and once I get my act together I will mail her some things too.

She got to be a featured user because she has HER act together and has contributed a GREAT deal to the Tunisia section here on YA for quite a while now.
