I don't want to offend any religions...but personally I think that is just wrong...
I've once heard that a man in his 40s was asking numerous teenagers out (and probably more than that...)...he got arrested as a result...regardless of his religious beliefs...so yeah...religions should be respected...to a certain extent.

It used to be acceptable for a 40 year old male to marry a 14 y.o. female in ALL THE RELIGIONS, but it is illegal under all religions now except Islam.

As for asking a 14 y.o. out on a date, that would be unacceptable in all religions and cultures.
