Palo, that's absolutely vile. (Not exactly surprising, but BEYOND vile nontheless.) Reading this literally sent a chill down my spine.
Are these soldiers being ordered to do this, or is it some brilliant idea they came up with on their own? It wouldn't surprise me a bit if the Israeli Army was actually encouraging this sick, sick, sick behavior..
It will be a wonderful day when U.S.-taxpayer-generated aid to Israel comes to a screeching halt, and Israeli soldiers are forced to superimpose Peace Signs over all those horrific images on their t-shirts.

Why should we be surprised ...kids are educated from a very early age to hone their killing skills using video games .When they get to young adulthood it all must seem like a natural progression when they are instructed in the finer arts of killing by a desensitised military system .
I know that there have been similar indiscretions in our armed forces but our society won't tolerate it...

Every army around the world has had this problem at one point. Be it America, Spain, England the list goes on. Those T-shirts printed weren't printed in mass production and given to every IDF soldier as standard uniform. Which doesn't further justify it at all.
The Israeli government have announced that they are launching an investigation into these incidents, and those who are suspects will go through the legal system of Israel.
But you know what i always find funny about this site. Whenever something bad is reported by Israel, all the anti-Zionists on this site get all excited. But i can always draw a parrallel here.

That is disgusting. Being in the US military, I've seen a couple shirts similar to that before...I've also seen guys chewed out for wearing them. Racist, derogatory, or sexually explicit clothing is banned from every US base. The fact that an Israeli newspaper is pointing this out is good; it means that it's been brought to the Israeli publics attention so the shirts will likely not last very long.
BS: Yes, and I am sure the Roma women who were sterilized up until the 1970's would agree with you. A beacon to us all! |

however, the Palestinians have a new trend (alothough it's not all that new) : they tend hide rockets in highly populated areas such as mosques, school, and hospitals. They think that by doing this, Israel won't bother fighting back b/c Palestinians know that Israelis VALUE life..But, little do they know-Israel has stood by for too long, so they had no choice but to sadly bomb those highly populated places becuase of the rockets hidden in them, thus killing many innocent civilians.
