You won't be the first, if you wish to go topless! there are private beaches for you to go topless, in Dubai, Lebanon, Egypt etc. The Arabs are not so strict when it comes in private!

Topless sunbathing would be considered very disrespectful to the local culture. If you are in your own garden or on your roof then that's your business. You may even get away with it on a private beach because everyone would consider it too rude to speak up. It would be assumed that you are European or Russian and just don't know any better. Please don't.

for all the People who said its not allowed, are you living in Dubai, do u have sources, if not ur answers are bullshit, coz yes its allowed and ite very normal, and for the person who said they will kill u, i think u have an issue and u r sick. Dubai is more safe than ur country where the reall killers live there. no one will get arrested and its very safe here.i go topless and even with a very small tiny speedo.

Really difficult, muslim country. Why don't you try Ibiza or Majorca in Spain? Beautiful beaches, nudist ones as well and you can go topless everywhere...
