It is difficult to respond to such vague terminlogy. The Arabs? Meaning? Saudi Arabia,Jordan,Syria? Palestine belongs to the Palestinian people. Similarly you speak of "the Jews". Meaning what? They are not a racial or ethnic group obviously or you wouldn't have African and Arab Jews and as far as defining "Jews" as a religious grouping,the allegedly "jewish" population of "Israel" is 80% atheist,mostly from Russia and Eastern Europe and we may include it's founders in that category; none were Jewish. They had no religion at all and they were all Russian by origin. I see no reason why the people of Palestine
should be driven out of Palestine to make way for a potpouri of non-religious Slavs who defy international law with impunity and relentlessly abuse the European-class air force the Americans gave them,I know not why. They have done enough damage and cost enough lives. Russia is not small; Palestine is. I support a one-state solution - without the Russians. Actual Jews meaning white,black or Arab persons who practice Judaism are of course welcome to remain. It is their homeland too. Zionism is a Russian creed and a product of Russian culture and it belongs in Russia. The Crimea would be ideal as a giant club-house for Russians who claim to have had a grandparent who practiced Judaism,and that they must therefore maintain an exclusive domain for all such persons,for what reason escapes me.

Lets see the Jews came. The very few Arabs and Syrians living there all ran away when the Muslims told them to. Not forced by anyone. Leaving the land unprotected or even claimed and didn't stay and say this part is mine as a few did and still do.

lol. ok so here is how it is. Yes, i guess there are alot of Palestinians on yahoo answers ha? lol. thats funny. anyways to answer ur question. Palestine was a piece of land owned by Britain. (They conquered the land of which the Palestinians were living on which is why i say the Brits owned it and not the Palestinians.) But non-the-less Palestinians have OWNED and LIVED on that land for a heck of a lot of generations. After the WW2 holocaust when the Nazis massacred the Jews, and the surviving Jews had no land to call their own, Britain took land that the Palestinians had and gave it to the Jews thinking that the two can share the land. This upset the Palestinians because so many were forced to leave their homes and lands. War breaks out between the two and eventually this leads to the border treaty of 1967 to which the borders are claimed to where Israelis are kept of Palestinian land and vice versa. Israel has been violating this treaty by building settlements all over the West Bank(Palestine). Watch this clip from CBS News. It interviews both palestinians and israelis about what is going on in Palestine (otherwise known as israel). I thought it was as unbiased as u can get. hope this helped. =)

On the afternoon of January 28 his body was found in a Gaza City suburb; he had been shot in the head and eye at close range.

‘Atef, Mohammed and Mahmoud Abu ‘Ashbiyeh, from Jabaliya in the northern Gaza Strip, were murdered within 24 hours after they escaped from Gaza’s central prison. Muhammad, 24, reached the family home in the middle of the afternoon of December 28 but an hour later a group of gunmen came to the house and took him away. His body was found hours later in the morgue of Kamal ‘Adwan hospital in Beit Lahiya “with abdomen and head wounds.” The following day the bodies of his two brothers, Mohammed and ‘Atef, were found in the morgue of the Al-Shifa hospital in Gaza City, both with gunshot wounds in the head, chest and abdomen. The three were detained March 2008 and were accused of “collaborating” with the IDF.

You see, the Arabs are as violent to other Arabs as they are to Israelis. And the fact that they cannot make peace among themselves shows that peace between Arabs and Israelis is not over the horizon.
