Israel is not the one that has been issuing threats. Iran has. Iran's lunatic of a leader has stated, in public, on several occasions, that he wishes to destroy Israel. Thus Iran is the putative aggressor - not Israel.

Israel 415,000 troops ,2,300 tanks ,561 airplanes
Egypt,Syria,Iraq:1,000,000 troops,4,500 tanks,1,100 airplanes
Saudi Arabia,Cuba and Libya sent additional forces

This war was the Yom Kippur War when Israel was taken by surprise and still we won.what do you think will happen now when Israel won't be surprised and USA will be fighting actively.
Long time ago it was proven that it's not how many tanks you have,it's who sits inside those tanks
