This is the propaganda that Israel would like all Jews and the world to believe in order to get more Jews to live in Israel and also get more funding. Jews live perfectly safe in north american countries, south american countries, Europe, Russia as they have been doing continuously for 1000's of years. Cheers!

I've spent my whole life in the U.S. and I can assure you it and all of North America are entirely safe for Jews. The same applies to Europe,the U.K. and the Dominions. Israel does not seek justification at all,least of all on the false premise that we are universally despised and ill-treated. Your presumptions have no foundation and suggest more than a hint of Jewish self-loathing. Americans do not hate Jews. I happen to be both an American and a Jew. I guess I would know.

well....in my opinion, i dont find it safe for them.... there is alot of drama goin on over there... i would probably advise them all to leave becuz palestine is gonna get there land back... and then they wont have anywhere to go..... :P they can come to america.... i mean the two countries have really good communications and Jews would be safe here...... as for israel.. they would probably have to say bye bye to it..... this problem will finish soon i hope and palestinians can finally live i peace without the problem and disease "israel" God its enough u took most of the land..... why are they killing to take the rest????!!!!!

You don't provide a source on that since there isn't one because it's an absurdity. Perhaps you would be kind enough to "notice" the following countries:

United States
Canada
Mexico
England
Scotland
Ireland
Iceland
Norway
Sweden
Finland
Denmark
Belgium
France
Germany
Australia
or to put it more simply,it is far easier to list the countries where they are safe than to list the handful where they might not be. I'm afraid the "safe haven" routine ran out of gas a long time ago. As to Palestine,it is probably the least safe for Jews since a dispossessed people will fight for their homeland by whatever means needed.

Basically if you support a government who is turning the most populated place on earth into a bloodbath then you're not safe anywhere. I don't hate jews and i definitely wouldn't support the killing of a jew, but i find it disgusting what the jewish government is doing in Gaza.

I was born in the UK and I live in Israel.
I walk the streets of Jerusalem at night, rarely see a policeman, and feel perfectly safe.

In England on a visit, my friends thought I was crazy to do so there. Look at the knifings and gang warfare.

In England, the locals would shout "Dirty Jew".

I give the Arabs credit that this does not happen in Israel, no matter what the issues are between our people.

People who say it is safe in the USA are deluding themselves. It can change overnight.

Anti-Semitism is on the rise, even in America. But it is still safe in America. Jews are not really safe in Europe..........again. They don't get attacked, but name calling is common.......ask my french and English Jews. I assume Norway is the same since they are very euro centric. Anti-arabism is on the rise in europe as well. Then you have people blaming Jews for the economy and they know nothing of how the economy works. They don't understand that the economy is globalized.

yes and no.

On one hand you have this tiny country surrounded by huge muslim arab states many of whom would like us wiped off the map ( although they dont say it ) . you also have the likes of Hamas who have made no secret of the fact they want to kill all jews, regardless of where they live and who regularly lob huge rockets into israel with the sole purpose of killing jews.

BUT - israel is the only jewish state in the world. Its the only place where jews can buy kosher food without having to go to special supermarkets, where they dont have to make special arrangements for time off on shabbat because its the norm for businesses to close then. And where they can dress according to their religious beliefs without being afraid of the reaction if they wander to far from the bounderies of their communities.

Outside of israel, you dont have bombs or guns or hamas firing rockets at you, but you do have the kind of people who regularly spew anti semitic and anti israeli rants and myths and stereotypes everytime israel does anything.

and you have the kind of people who think its justifiable and ok to write '' jihad and death to jews '' on the windows of orthodox jewish businesses on their way back from a violant '' free gaza '' protest outside of the israel embassy.

and then you have people here , who , its seems are allowed to write the kind of anti semtic putricity that would have made hitler look like our favorite rabbi and who are allowed to make avatars of the israeli flag with a swastika in the middle .

personally, even if i lived right next to gaza id feel safer in israel as a jew than in places like the UK.

governements around the world need to put a serious stop to blogs and anything else that stirs up or purportraits anti semitism especially given the fact that if any one so much as suggests mohammed wasnt a nice man or the Qran isnt true muslims go to war..

perhaps i should go graffitti a muslim shop with '' kill all the muslims'' and count the seconds befor the riots start.

Israel WAS the safest place for the Jews,until the so called "liberals" and leftists came to power.Since then,I think Israel is not the safest place for Jews.I am living in Europe,by the contract with the European company,and do not notice any danger to my life.Compared with Israel,I think I am in more safety,because I am not too much afraid if some arab guy attacks me here with a knife and I think I can tame him without having to break him too many bones which would mean certain legal problems .But there are no "Qassams" here,against which you are powerless and the only thing you can do to save your life from htem is to run.
I do not like running,so I expected that my governent in Israel would solve this problem and punish the arabs in such a manner that they would never do it again.The leftist Israeli government did not do this.I left.
When I see that Israel gets back to normal,that Israel stops to value the life of some arab bandit more than hte lives of Israeli soldiers and responds with two blows to every blow arabs deliver-I shall be happy to get back.

Yes, it's the only place for a Jew to be a Jew and not be compromised by security. That's the greatness of having a Jewish state. In Israel then one knows one has protection guaranteed . The world has been terribly inhospitable and that new Venezuela event really hits home to me and upsets me. I am Sephardic heritage and I know what Chavez is doing. Those people are good people down there and he's turning them all into haters with his propaganda and oppressing them. I hope they can resist. Israel has alot of support from Venezuela citizens along with the rest of Latin America, it's very strong but Chavez won't let them be free to speak. If Chavez keeps doing what he's doing he could influence things for the bad. I want to save the Jewish Venezuelans and get them out of there and help the rest of Latin America that are very good people.
