They got their land taken away, renamed, and losing there wives, children, and husbands.

The Israeli's are cowards who hide behind America, and are trying to play innocent.

For the last time god took the land back from those greedy israelis that thought nothing was good enough for them.

palestinians. they have been under attack for over 60 years. they have been bombed, terrorized, kicked out of thier home just b/c israel is land hungry and blood thirsty.

and miche that was thousands of years ago. the jews were bad back then and god did not give them the land. today's israel is just a fluke, god will take it away from them again, that is a promise

Everyone should support the brave men and women in the Israel Defense Forces who by air, water and ground protect Israel's democracy and sovereign borders.

The Hamas government leaders and operatives, which activate terror from within civilian population centers, are the sole bearers of responsibility for Israel's military response. This response is crucial for preserving Israel's security interests.

The IDF Spokesperson wishes to emphasize that anyone sponsoring terror, hosting terror in his house, housing terror in his basement and sending his wives and children to serve as human shields- is considered a terrorist.

The IDF will continue its activity against terror activities according to operational assessments held by the Chief of the General Staff. The IDF is ready to widen and deepen its activity against all terror organizations in the Gaza Strip, as long as it is necessary.

In addition, the Homefront Command and emergency authorities, took all necessary measures for preparing the civilian population.

I'm on the side of peace. I'm totally sick of war & terrorism. Hamas have shown they reject peace. How many warnings were they given to stop the rocket attacks? I can only see one solution. The Gaza strip has to be evacuated and all of the residents moved to the West Bank. Then the Palestinians can have their Palestine. Gaza has always been the problem. It might be painful but it's the only way forward.

In between. I don't see why we have to pick sides. I feel for all the victims, Israeli and Palestinian. It is annoying though how so many people make out like hamas are so innocent, especially since didn't Israel warn them to stop? Not enough people condemn what hamas do.

One only has to look at the winners of Nobel prizes to work out which country. The entire Arab world has managed 2-3 winners of genuine prizes (I don't count dodgy and extremely political Peace prize winners or Literature winners). Israel in its short history has managed several more. But then you need to look at the number of Jewish people working in facilities around the world and the number skyrockets to dozens. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for muslims.

For 4 Million people to hold off 100 Million arabs, and at the same time contribute so much to the advancement of science, medicine, technology, my vote would go to Israel, but this is a complete non-political (apolitical) Vote.
