They are more dangerous than any weapon of 'Mass Destruction' that I am aware of at this time..The Evil this propaganda is capable of is frightening..In this 'age' of instant communications/gratification..most people will not investigate the truth..most people will not take the time to discern between 'special effects' and the Truth..Pallywood is indeed fabrication..and it is Evil.

Great question Ms. Miche, it makes me think!!! This is a painful, really, really painful thing to think about though. I love people so much and I hate to think of this horrible thing and people are dieing over propaganda, but trudge on I must.

The Pallywood videos are so fabricated. And they're sending the children to partake in the fabrication. I've just seen so much Arab and Islamist abuse of their own children and children are very much prone to propaganda! So to make videos against Israel involving their children etc. and show them to the world is not much of a stretch for them. So to teach their children (thru propaganda) to carry on in this hateful tradition is very much disturbing to me. More Arabs and Islamists are starting to admit they have issues now though (see link) with religious extremism, so therein lies our hope.

I think people need to understand this is a society and culture very much apart from the Western World. Arab and Islamist extremists purposely putting children and other innocents in harm's way is acceptable norm to them. It is ingrained into them (thru their religion), this hate for Israel, and they are expected to act upon it. They educate the children at a very young age. In Western World this is so far out of our norm, we would never dream of considering using innocents let alone filming it. So we don't think it could be done by another society. They do suicide belts so making fake films isn't a stretch by any means.

We're witnessing a huge culture clash. Western countries don't parade our victims on television, we silently suffer. We don't wish for another people's destruction, we help them. We don't aim our missles purposely at civilian targets, but when our missiles do hit unintended civilian targets, we apolgize and pay restitution tenfold for it. We don't rejoice and have a party in the streets when any human being dies, we mourn. We don't put Mickey Mouse with an AK-47 on our children's programming, we have Sesame Street. We don't send our little ones in to battle strapped with a suicide belt, we shelter our young. Religiously speaking, anything above is acceptable.

Look at the think. It's a great intellectual analysis about anti-semitism, religious fanatacism that is so pervasive in their society (hence anything goes.) and the propaganda they use.

What is my opinion? Good job palis! That's my opinion.
Jews cannot even use PR to simply tell the truth, get their message accross the globe. And Palis succeeded in lying to the whole world, and much of believes them.

There have been enough fake deaths reported (that the producers of Pallywood had attributed to the IDF) that there is enough reason to assume they are, largely, fake.

They take a picture of all those children - where are there parents? Do YOU let your children go out to play when soldiers are going through the city? To go near IDF tanks? I have never met a mother - Israeli or Palestinian - who didn't immediately take their children into the house when there was some sort of threat of violence.

(By the way, the death that Zeep mentioned - there was a poster last week who asked a question on that very "death")

Obviously much death is real. I feel it is tasteless to use the graphic photos as propaganda. I feel the propaganda itself undermines the possibility of peace.

Obviously some of the videos have been shown to be fabricated. A court case this past week in France confirmed that a video purporting to show a 12 year old boy shot by the IDF was fabricated, and this particular piece of propaganda has incited an intifada, many Israeli deaths, and resulted in streets and parks named after the "martyr" probably killed by Palestinian bullets.

There is plenty of real death and injury to make real videos. On both sides. Deliberately inflaming people to war is what bothers me more than whether the footage is real or faked.

I don't think that this is very smart of you my dear Ms. Miche.
This "video" war is the biggest concern of your government.
There's no way you can win this.
Too many peace loving people all around the word, ready to post anything any time.
This is not the NY Times or Washington Post you know.
These people "reporting" are simple everyday people .
In numbers? far too many.
You see the longer your government tries to deny that the harder the consequences will be on Israel.
I wonder sometimes if these are the same people that 15 years before Israel, have suffered under the Nazi regime so bad.
I only hope that there are still Jews around the world that are more "friendly" to their Arab brothers and sisters.
So I urge those Jews living in Palestine to be more tolerant to the Arabs because in just a few years these are the people that will be their saviours from "our" Christian menace.
Please read my last sentence again and think about it for a second.
