I assume you mean Jews and Muslims. Arabs come in all faiths as do many people.
The answer to your question is NO.
Allah is not the same God that the Jews pray to.

The Torah tells one who God is and it is not the same as what the Muslim Quran says Allah is.

As both Jews and Muslims believe in only one God, the logical conclusion is that it is in fact the same God. Furthermore, as Muslims believe that the Koran is only an update of the existing Old Testament, both Jews and Muslims have the same deity.

Yup, as Muslims, Christians and Jews believe in there being only 1 God, so they do pray to the same God. Its their interpretations on religious rituals that are different.

If by Arabs you mean Muslims then yes.

Alot of jews are technically arabs too.

If you mean pray, then some do and some don't. Arab Muslims pray to the same G-d as Jews but Christian Arabs don't if they believe in the trinity and pray to Jesus.

Jews worship One God, they think that Jesus is a bastard, and they follow (or are supposed to follow) the Laws of the O.T (Which even stricter than the laws of the Quran.)

Yep. Ironically Islam and Judaism are closer and more similar than Christianity and Judaism, even though historically Jews and Muslims haven't been the best of friends...

And at least Muslims aren't arrogant in the way that SOME Christians are, when they insist that the NT 'completes' the OT, or Tanakh.

Um well if you mean Arab Muslims and Jewish believe in the same God and Prey to him then yes. they both believe in the oneness of the God of Abraham and Muslims believe in both the Torah and Bible (however they believe that people have tampered with them throughout history, which is why the believe the Quran was sent down as a final testament. Muslims believe in Christ and if you study all three monotheistic religions you will actually find that the similarities between Christianity and Islam is much more prevalent then that of Christianity and Judaism.

How can that be? There are three different endings and each one requires different things from their followers.

Technically no - their Gods are different.

BUT, Judaism and Islam do have common roots.

The Jews consider themselves as descendants of Issac, son of Abraham.

Muslims consider themselves as descendants of Ishmael, Isaac's brother and son of Abraham.

Abraham is also seen as one of the Prophets, an ancestor of Muhammad, the Last Prophet.

Also, the fact that Judaism does not worship idols (unlike Hinduism) makes them "People of the Book", like Christians and Muhammad preached they they should not be persecuted.

This also accounts for the fact that Jews lived peacefully under the Moors of Granada (Muslim kingdom in Southern Spain) until the "Reconsqueta" by Catholic Christianity and under the Ottoman Sultans in Jerusalem.

PS - Arabs is an incorrect reference to Muslims. Arabs refer to the inhabitants of the Arabian peninsula - does not include Iranians, Turks, Asians who are also Muslims.

PPS - Since I am neither Muslim or Jew, but a history student, there may be more instances of religious commonality that I have not covered.
