if it's food related, I remember things well... I don't remember when I ate what.. but I remember if this is something I like or not (nom nom yum)

otherwise, I have an ok memory... not that well though, but I write everything down on notes and post-its like a freak!

it depends, if it's an important day with special things happening then yes I can remember, but if it a regular day, then how the heck would I remember, have you asked what I had yesterday on Lunch???? ohh I can't remember

As i said in another question i have selective memory, so i can not remember somethings just the ones have some impact in my life...

it depends on the situation. If it's anything related to work, i remember everything. But other things i tend to forget, such as family, etc...

i can tell you what my hubby say about my memory:he says it is just like brand new Bessemer cooking pots.non stick!
i basically carry my diary with me all the time.being so busy with 3 kids,work and taking care of the house.

plus,i actually drink lots of tea every day so the lack of iron in my blood is not helping with the memory issue at all.
