I cant live without tabbouleh .....LOOOOOL
I make it 2 or 3 times a week, but unfortunatelly, we havent parsley in winter here...so during about 4 or 5 months I have to stop eating it. But.....as it is a so fresh salad...may be is better dont eat it in winter

I am not Lebanese, but I love trying new food! I just looked this up it looks nice...but what is bulgur?

Edit: Okay never mind found out what it is....hmmm, so interesting...I should go try it later this week.

like once...and sometimes twice ....sometimes we have no tabbouleh the whole week... cause now it's freezing and it is supposed to be served cold.
but we have it like twice or more a week ...in summer time.

There is no regular or consistent routine about meals.
I looove Tabouleh, fatoush, all lebansese salad, love stuffed vine leaves and stuffed eggplant and stuffed zukini.
All takes long time to do and great effort, recently I have eaten tabouleh, in a restaurant and I love it.
There is more nice food in Lebanese cuisine
