If the most beautiful are in South America, then why did Miss Japan win? Did the judges forget that Japan is in Asia? haha.

There are beautiful women everywhere. I'm glad that someone outside of Latin America won. Miss Japan deserved it.

Ms. Israel disappointed me. Did the judges in the Ms. Israel contest just pick the most random, unattractive girl off of the streets? They must be blind, because when it comes to physical appearances, she's probably in the bottom 25% of Israeli girls.

Don't understimate lebanese women there are some darlings in that country. But yeah, my top 3 candidates were Bolivia, Paraguay and Brazil this year.

As I'm living in Dubai, Lebanese (and "white" Arab) girls in general are beautiful. However, Lebanese girls tend to wear too much make up.

And as an Asian, I don't think Miss Japan look beautiful. Maybe the judges have other opinions.

i think the winner should be brazil or usa. they have the best answers. i'm just wondering why japan won. i think she should be the 4th runner up. i have read some commentaries that japanese endorsements and sponsorships might have the final say on the pageant. ooops.

i think it should be miss brazil, no doubt. i have miss japan's answer's dancing blah blah blah. is that what it takes to be a miss universe? nah. the worst asnwer i have ever heard.

im from asia, spec from the phils. but i think brazil should have won. but im happy miss philippines got the miss photogenic award again. ha ha

I can't believe some of the answers, especially from guys, I though Miss Lebanon looked really good with curly hair.

It probably has to do with the fact that there is an interview category. Maybe she was the most articulate. And if she's skinny, she can get a good rating in the swim suit category.
There are South Americans everywere. I thought Miss US looked Mexican.
