Out of curiosity, if there is a section for Israel, why no section for a future Palestine?

Many countries are not included on YA. For example take Yahoo News there is no Israel section. It is called Mideast Conflict. But when Palestine becomes a country it would be good for travel as many go to Bethlehem and east Jeruselem to pray at the Mosque, great for travel questions. Cheers!

For the Africa & Middle East YA only included 13 countries so you cannot exactly say they discriminated against Palestinians.

As for why and how they chose those 13 and if they are going to put more you have to ask the powers that be.

Personally I would love to see as many as possible included, but who knows if and when that will happen.

Because Israel currently exists, Palestine is a proposed country, there are not any other potential countries listed either.

Palestine is not a country yet...
it is the Palestinian authority, who have a say on what goes on in gaza and the west bank. When a proper state is set up, I'm sure section will be created.
Maybe suggest having a PA section for now.

Because there is currently no official country named Palestine, and this section was not designed for political discussions. It was designed for travel to specific countries; as travel to the Palestinian territories is currently very dangerous, I'm assuming that this is why it was not included.

Israel is an internationally recognized nation, and a great place for tourism. This is why it is here.

Does gaza strip and the west bank mean anything to you, thats palestine, jews were promised that land by god, so were muslims, they were meant to share that land but instead the muslims hatred of the jews causes them to kill anything that is different. So.. why should palestinians deserve the land when the jews were robbed of everything in the last millinium or so, considering muslims have prosperred, the jewish race was almost wiped out in wwII and they don't deserve a home state. That's unfair.

There will be if only by means of achieving a demographic majority of Palestinians and Antizionists on the current category. That would represent a de facto Palestine category. How long it might take to become de jure is irrelevant. Power belongs to those who are both just and possessed of inner strength.

What is "Palestine"? Is that a region of the Middle East comprising of Israel, Syria, Lebanon, and Jordan, or is that some kind of new fruit drink?

Because, for a country, there is no such thing as "Palestine"......

there's no section for the future mars colony either. when the arabs get themselves together enough to build a real state, they can have a section here. until then, they don't deserve it. unless you just want a terrorist section.
