I don't agree with this but most people think tonque piercings are trashy.

Just something to think about;
But maybe if you get a tattoo, you should think about it and not just get one for fun on your day off.

Getting your tongue pierced is not something you do for yourself, it's something to do for sexual entertainment of another.
A tat is something you so for Self. Sooo, whom are you out to please???

If you have to talk on the phone at work, or converse as a means of accomplishing your job, then I would suggest holding off on the piercing until you have a longer vacation time to heal & be able to speak clearer.

A tattoo would not hinder your work ability, but it is not a wise choice for spontaneous 'fun'...the best tats are well thought out artworks that reflect meaning to Self.

Why not gather a few friends and hit up a Renaissance Festival or fun park??? Lots of little towns are booming with fairs and yard sales, music fests, classic car shows, Native American pow-wows, etc...just call your local info center about what's going on.

Well, I, personally would go to a theme park instead of getting either, but I would get a tattoo. A tongue piercing might be hard or annoying to deal with after a while, and EVERYONE could probably see it, even if you don't want them to. A tattoo could be a little more private, and it also wouldn't be boring. A tongue piercing is usually just a stud. LAME! But a tattoo could be just about anything you can imagine! So that's MY opinion, but in the end, it's whatever you feel BRAVE enough for! ^_^

tongue piercings are annoyin this one girl in my summer school has hers pierced and she keeps yankin it and playin with it in her teeth YUCK aaaaraaaaaaaff

tattoos are okay...except u might get tired of it, so if u are to do that get a small one where no one can see it

Tongue. When you're 60 and have a tattoo... (Ugh) Tattoo removal is also extremely painful.

You don't only have to get a piercing or tattoo just to have fun. Spend time shopping, or hanging with your family. Invite some friends and go out to eat or to a waterpark or something fun like that.
But out of the tattoo or piercing I would get a small tattoo.
