The wife says I should go see the Doctor.What do you think?

For the past 4-6 weeks I have been given to sudden and abrupt shouting. Usually it is absolute drivel I shout and it can happen anywhere,anytime.In shops,in the Pub,in cinemas, in the street but last Sunday was the pits.
We went to Lourdes in France to see the faith healing in the river and stood next to a young man who was pushing an old woman in a wheelchair. She looked like a sweet old duck with silver hair and a blue rinse but she had uncontrollable shaking in her hands and arms. They were waiting their turn to go down to the river to meet the faith healer when all of a sudden I bellowed "Fart." The young man was so startled he let go of the wheelchair and it sped off with the old woman down the embankment and dissappeared into the river. He was totally distraught at "losing his grandmother" as there was no sign of her in the river. A few minutes later after we had imagined the worst we saw the wheelchair emerge on the other side of the river and the old woman was still in it.
Additional Details
We rushed across the bridge to see if she was OK and she was just fine but her wheelchair had 2 brand new tyres and an MOT Certificate (Roadworthy) for a year.
Should I go and see the Doc?
