Should an intelligence test first be passed in order for citizens to be eligible to vote in South Africa?
I know before hand that Ayiza will not approve thereof as this would result in him, his friends and half the ANC voter base never being able to vote.

My hubby is really organised - I used to be a real "loskop" and always leaving things lying around and losing money etc Now I clean up as I go along, when I am finished with something I put it away asap so now things don't get lost as much.

One of things he does now - I let him know that men also need to look after their skin and now he spends more time choosing a moisturiser than I do. He also very sweetly informed me that the face pack is finished and now his skin feels yuck because he hasn't had his weekly mask (no, my hubby is not a sissy!!)

Hello, Gene
What my partner changed in me was not intended by her; when I saw her picking up a piece of trash from the street and throwing into the trash bin without a comment, I admired that gesture so much that I did the same thing from then on.
Interesting how "trivial" incidents like this can impress you.Now I feel very good about having adopted that routine.

She has changed my bank account balance drastically. Even though she is a professional earning a good salary she reminds me daily that Muslim woman are not compelled to use their salary. The man must provide for whatever his wife wants. So in other words, she hardly spends any of her cash.

I dunno. I think that my food tastes are still the same. I eat most fruits and vegetables. Meat is OK, I won´t die if I have to go without a few times a week. I refuse to eat Blutwurst, blood sausage! I have, however, got my german husband enjoying patats, all pumpkins and squashes and parsnips, spanspeks and paw paws and all "normal" fruits. Actually, the only things I eat now that I did not when still at home are yoghurts (plain) and Indian curries. My parents were rajah mild fans. I don´t do olives, and do not care for mushrooms. (Too many mushroom picking sessions with my parents as a child!)

He knocked me up... lol!

He got me into all these digital gadgets and stuff which I think I had a great phobia of, but now could not get by without. I'm not sure what change I brought upon him, i just like him as is and he's quite immutable and stubborn so it couldnt be much of a change... maybe we need more years together.

In my house ALLLLLLL We eat is Lamb.. Lamb this and Lamb that...

I'm not complaining, I LOOOOOOOOOVE It... I never realized how dull beef is until my wife Briliantly noted this fact...

Oh yes and they way I dress.. You can end up a Metro Sexual Freak Without noticing it.. Women are very suttle..

I just stopped at two Pink shirts... They are somewhere it there.. I have not seen them in a while...

I now shave my legs every day, even though it is a hassle. But I like to feel nice for my fiance. He changes his sheets every week for me. And he drives me where ever I like.

She never ate olives, I eat olives everyday so she also acquired the taste. I never ate "pap", still don't, horrible, but do enjoy a "pap tert" now which I would never have eaten before.
I drank alcohol excessively, almost daily, I barely ever drink now, perhaps once a month.
Her mother tongue was Afrikaans, she speaks only English now at home so I have uplifted her in a way.
I used to jump into bed in whatever clothes I was wearing, my wife doesn't like that so I now shower before bed and wear pajamas, most of the time.
Other than that, not much, we have and had similar likes and dislikes so we didn't necessarily have to sacrifice much or learn any new customs.

Skyli
Afrikaans, I only knew 3 words before, Lekker, kak and ek se. LOL Now I have quite a reasonable understanding and knowledge of the language.

He also plays the guitar to me, and I am now trying to learn that too.

I taught him how to horse ride!! It was quite a mission but got there in the end!! So now when we go back to SA in December we plan to go horse back riding through the Drakensberg Mountains!

I used to eat my beef well-done, I'm now on rare to raw.

Beleive it or not, I never drank Coffee, Now I have 1 cup a day and I look forward to it.

?
There are few of them……I never drank coffee….I now do, without sugar for that matter……It was very difficult to make me change my stand point (not morals)….I’m now a good listener and I hear people easily…..She unskin chicken, open flesh to take out excess meat…..I do that even if she’s not there….

…..She never liked classical music…..now her collection is threatening mine….she was not into soccer……she’s now proudly Khosi4Life….

They are some other things….but these are enough for now…..

Snorkie
My husband has taught me to eat prawns and drink whiskey neat with ice (bleegh). I thought him basically everything about SA and to speak Afrikaans fluently.

I never ate mushrooms and could drink a sailor under the table. He got me exercising and eating healthy. I gave him more self confidence and got him out of his shell. Now he drinks red wine and can appreciate it.
