I have never liked Turkey. Once on thanksgiving, my mother made Turkey and Chicken. It was really Ironic because you see how Thanksgiving is a day where you have to enjoy your food, etc, and you should feel bad for the needy. Well nobody liked the Turkey, it was a good thing my mother made chicken. CHICKEN TO THE RESCUE. Hehe,I like ALL types of dishes which include chicken. On special occasions I eat chicken in the oven, my mother puts a dressing consisting of garlic, and other things which I do not know the names of, or I am ignorant about, AND it comes out very good. I also LOVE FISH. Salmon to be exact, slightly cooked with lemon on top of it.

Lol, usually I go for Beef but chicken and fish is fine.
Whatever it is i like it barbequed or grilled like steaks, kebabs ect.

these days I'm loving Fish, but generally i choose chicken, I like the chicken to be well done, with a lot of spices, and with crisps and salad.

as for fish I like it to be fried oh I love it when it's fried, Yummy, I love Salmon and I don't know the name of the other species lol

It really depends on the occasion ... mostly we go with barbecued beef or pork, at other times we eat roasted chicken and the people in this family are not so fond of fish (I like it!).
Today we had a type of hybrid chicken (similar to turkey but softer) and lamb roasted with onions, potatoes and pumpkin ... very good!!! It was a wonderful meal (thank the Lord!) with the presence of our lovely daughter and boyfriend too ...

Turkey is my favorite meat of choice for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I like it fixed in a baked fashion. Sometimes I prefer a cajun turkey, but most of the time I prefer seasoning with olive oil, oregano, sage, seasoned salt, onion powder and cayenne seasonings. It is delightfully seasoned and utterly delicious. Then comes pork, chicken and fish. They are all wonderful if they are prepared well. I love grain fed beef, but it is not always easy to find. Peace!
