Wait what's Israel? What is this Israel that you claim?
It's PALESTINE, a land that was stolen!
It's illogical to come into a country and claim citizenship and ownership, when you damn right it's not your place.

I pray for the Palestinian people and children, and pray that their justice will be given !
PEACE TO PALESTINE.

I like you . All that love and compassion gushing out from you . In police stations , you see how the family members defend their imprisoned family member . They all cry and claim his innocence from the crime he is accused of . I like that spirit in you . Keep it up .

this is one of the most conflicting questions itself.
When you ask a question about a country that claims democracy yet being a part of it and representing it by being a racist and religious hatred.
Answering your question tho an answer shouldnt have been honored.
It happens when 2 things occur :
1: When israelis like yourself stop defining pple by religion and being such a naive racists.
2: When muslims like some of the responders here also stop claiming israel as a muslims territory.

When people start judging people for their doings without prejudice which will NOT happen anytime soon, your dreams might come true.
But again, that would be a perfect world which israeli jews like yourself and the muslims who responded, will defetinetely wouldnt be alive in such world.

ps: Am a muslim, and i learnt quite enough about other religions and holy books, should any of remind me where and what book ever advertised to killing other souls of human beings by being a racist stubborn sh1t headed ? or should i open a yahoo question for you?

Not until the day of judgment. Muslims will rule Palestine soon.

Palestine will be ours. Look how time changes.

Is it just me or do the Palistinian christians look very much like the Jewish people? I think there is more to this than we think. Wait.....Levantine arabs in general look more like Jewish people. Are you suggesting they are related to us and people who are related always fight. It could be.......

This is an excellent question. We must realize that some of the blame for this issue must be placed on the government of Israel. Unfortunately, Begin was not Begin and cowered under the worst president in the last six decades (J. Carter, y'mach shmo). And since then, there has not been a real Prime Minister in Israel. Sharon was a fine general; he did not belong in politics. If we say that an entity called "The Palestinians" exists, then we can not blame the rest of the world for stating that there are "Palestinians" or Yeti or The Easter Bunny. The very term "Palestinian" meant a Jew from the mid-east until that word was co-opted by those who aided the Nazis in World War Two. The Arabs (mostly Mohammedans, but some of the Christians as well) should be permitted to complete the population transfer begun in 1947/1948 when 800,000 Jews were relocated to Israel. As to the term "Palestinian," Israeli Jews and Jews in general should claim to be same on college and job applications (if they believe that it would be an advantage) for two reasons: 1) It is more accurate than Arabs claiming to be that; and 2) It will dilute the term so that sanity can return to those who wish to live in a sane world.

It is difficult to say that people who have been living in a place for thousands of years are occupiers. Why do you think this is such a difficult issue? Both sides have a legitimate claim

Israel is not occupying any land illegally in fact, Israel has always belonged to the jewish people, will always belong and is belonging now.A common misperception is that all the Jews were forced into the Diaspora by the Romans after the destruction of the Second Temple in Jerusalem in the year 70 C.E. and then, 1,800 years later, suddenly returned to Palestine demanding their country back. In reality, the Jewish people have maintained ties to their historic homeland for more than 3,700 years.

The Jewish people base their claim to the Land of Israel on at least four premises: 1) the Jewish people settled and developed the land; 2) the international community granted political sovereignty in Palestine to the Jewish people; 3) the territory was captured in defensive wars and 4) God promised the land to the patriarch Abraham.

Even after the destruction of the Second Temple in Jerusalem and the beginning of the exile, Jewish life in the Land of Israel continued and often flourished. Large communities were reestablished in Jerusalem and Tiberias by the ninth century. In the 11th century, Jewish communities grew in Rafah, Gaza, Ashkelon, Jaffa and Caesarea.

The Crusaders massacred many Jews during the 12th century, but the community rebounded in the next two centuries as large numbers of rabbis and Jewish pilgrims immigrated to Jerusalem and the Galilee. Prominent rabbis established communities in Safed, Jerusalem and elsewhere during the next 300 years. By the early 19th century — years before the birth of the modern Zionist movement — more than 10,000 Jews lived throughout what is today Israel.1 The 78 years of nation-building, beginning in 1870, culminated in the reestablishment of the Jewish State.

Israel's international "birth certificate" was validated by the promise of the Bible; uninterrupted Jewish settlement from the time of Joshua onward; the Balfour Declaration of 1917; the League of Nations Mandate, which incorporated the Balfour Declaration; the United Nations partition resolution of 1947; Israel's admission to the UN in 1949; the recognition of Israel by most other states; and, most of all, the society created by Israel's people in decades of thriving, dynamic national existence.

“Nobody does Israel any service by proclaiming its 'right to exist.'

Israel's right to exist, like that of the United States, Saudi Arabia and 152 other states, is axiomatic and unreserved. Israel's legitimacy is not suspended in midair awaiting acknowledgement....

There is certainly no other state, big or small, young or old, that would consider mere recognition of its 'right to exist' a favor, or a negotiable concession

it hit me like a bus...
