As lebanese salad........tabbouleh without doubts.
As non lebanese....one that is maken with malfouf, corn,pineapple, jambon, cheese and golf sauce...So fresh and delicious.

MINE. I make a tossed salad of lettuce, cabbage, carrot, tomato, cucumber, red onion, celery, shallots and french salad dressing. YUM YUM

I agree with tabouleh and fatoush, and i like bangar,

I don't like salads alot, but here in alexandria in most of Fish restaurants, b4 the main dish they put like 10 different types of salads and the bread is hot and yummy, so you start eat alot of this salads and bread, then when the main dish is here , u feel full lol, wow i miss all that, I'm on my 17th day diet today :)

My own- mixed green lettuce, shelled unsalted sunflower seeds, grilled mushrooms; small cherry tomatoes; Asian dried ready to eat snack dried noodles; thin slices of carrots and celery - and as a dressing just a 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

I just like being creative at the salad bar -

This is actually my breakfast each morning - I eat backwards - my last meal including a vegetarian soup around 4 pm.
