Pinky....If you are saying in a war type situation rather than person to person I would have to say I can never understand civil wars where it is countrymen fighting their own !
If a country is united in defence of it's own freedom that is one thing but usually civil wars get down to power grabs , control , dominance of fellow citizens & have nothing to do with self defence or self determination .
When you throw religious intolerence into the melting pot then you have a formula for permanent unrest ! |

I would have to say a citizen from another country killing a citizen from my country is more unacceptable, because I would feel invaded. But if it were self-defense then their status wouldn’t matter. |

Dear Pinky, you're making me look way down deep inside, and because you really seem to need an answer, I would be angry if another citizen killed one of my citizens, and I would want him to go to jail forever. But i have been more horrified for a canadian to kill another canadian, over a senseless matter. There but i still believe killing any in unacceptable. |
