almost anything thats bad for me, like french fries and chips, chocolate and cake and i cant eat them which is very sad cos i am diabetic.
but i also love italian and french food, i used to like chinese, but then i went to china and discovered that chinese food in china is nothing like chinese food in england and i really didnt like it.

I like potatoes too, french fries are good, but for more substance and flavor, my favorite is 2X baked potatoes..
I cook extra russet potatos, cool (or next day) use a knife and cut out, then spoon out, the potato guts. Into a cast iron pan with skim milk and salt, smashed with a fork. then I grate cheddar , very sharp, into it. then add 1-3 extra ingredients, usually steamed broccoli, chopped fine, maybe a bit of leftover chicken or beef, it doesn't matter! My 100% Irish grandmother "Mae Scanlon" did this, potato milk and cheese. I've expanded on it. oh man, now I crave one. thanks a lot, guess I have to go off my diet!!

As a greek, i love our traditional kitchen which is not different from the arabic, oriental..
It is healthy, and as mediterraneans we use oil not butter.
For me the oriental kitchen is the best, and richest one
