Definitely the swimming. I've been in icy cold water during winter, and it sucks all the energy out of the body in seconds! On a dare, I jumped into a freezing cold pond, after sitting in a sauna for an hour. My body practically screamed with alarm as soon as I hit the water. I've heard that plane crash victims lose all muscle strength in seconds after hitting freezing cold waters. |

I would say as a guy the first one due to the potential for permanent shrinkage...
But as for the ladies, with the potential for pertruding nipples, wet tee-shrit, and icky looking goosebumbs, #2 is worse. |
