For Cairo of course an army tank will be ok,,, and for Europe, smart (as the gas is very expensive,,,) IN USA , or any Arabic country , any Japanese car will be perfect,,, They found that the Japanese cars have more durable motors than the German Cars 4 times,,,I would also consider Volvo as it is the safest car ever..
