Nothing,because there isn't anything to do. Iran has not afflicted the Israeli government in any way,shape or form. It's government is now in it's 30th year or so and it has proven stable,consistent and largely predictable; it rather reminds me of the Soviet Union: impossible to like,but possible to live with. It is prone to name-calling - "the Great Satan" etc and more recent such effusions - but that is hardly the equivilant of a logistical threat. If the izzies are so concerned about an Islamic country having the nuclear bomb they should worry about Pakistan; I think we all should,since it is a highly unstable country. I have no idea why the GOI is so obsessive about Iran's "nuclear potential". It is certainly a misplaced concern. There is no threat from Iran; even with a nuclear arsenal they would be vastly outclassed by the zionist's arsenal,and in any event they only want it for it's deterence value. What is really taking place is a crisis of justification in Occupied Palestine: the rationale of it's extreme nationalism. It needs to convince it's people it is surrounded by wicked adversaries determined upon it's "annihilation" and constituting a (yawn) "existential threat" in that tedious phrase Benny Morris cooked up. These days they reaching pretty far afield and depending on highly strained logic to make the case that they are a nation under the gravest of threats,etc etc. What can they do about Iran? Try forgetting about it and joining the rest of the world in the ever-increasing concern about Pakistan. You know,as in the phrase "back to reality"? Yes. By all means,,join the club. The concern is over Pakistan - unless you are just driven by cheezy out-of-date propaganda devices. Tiny Israel! Sorrounded by the forces of evil! You bet. Iran has far more to fear from a propaganda-driven and emotionally inflamed Israel then zionists do from an Iran with a few nuke missiles with no offensive potential.

Simple answer is nothing. And why is there all this hoopla about Iran? What exactly do you imagine they have done? Israel and America are more of a threat to that region. Who exactly have the Iranians attacked in the past 100 years, no one,that is who. And I think it has been proven that the supposed 'wipe them off the face of the earth' rubbish was a misinterpretation of what the President said. What has Iran done that the US hasn't? You say they give weapons to Hezbollah, and to Hamas? So what, America supplies several African, and south American 'terror' groups with weapons and money. They even did for the IRA. Most countries act in their own interests. Why does everyone look at Iran wanting 'Nukes' as an act of aggression, when if anything it is an act of self defence. People should understand one thing from this, the US, and Israel always demonise a country that they want to attack, or more to the point, that Israel wants the US to attack. The media no longer gives news, they spread propaganda, and unfortunately for those who are easily led, they believe it.

If Israel could end its state of denial over the Palestinian issue and come to grips with a real solution, it would need to do nothing about Iran because the antagonisms would evaporate. A perpetual state of war is good for no one. However, Israel's "Iron Wall" mentality does more to stroke the flames of hatred than anything else outside of its denial of history and its own acts.
