A friend of mine had 3 twins ,"that time was very rare" but now they have it more often .
I went to visit him so he started to talk ,he said
I was living with my wife alone,now there are more three members in the family, so we are five
he added"my mother came to help but my father cant stay home alone so he is here" sop we are seven
my mother in low is in Amman she came over here but that travel from Amman to here is difficult so her husband came along "so we are nine,
But of course that my mother and father are here and my wives" mother and father are here as well so some people find it good opportunity to say hi for the family gathering
he added.one bottle of gas was enough for two months ,now its enough for less that a week /////// and and ........
so I said

So long as she is financially as well as mentally and physically able to cope then you can just say, Allah has truly blessed you!
As long as she doesn't ask for your assistance there is nothing else you should say,do or even form an opinion about....... its her business.

my mother had 5 children and she is pregnant with her sixth!!! aaaa...more trouble for me, because i am the eldest

my grandmother had 16 children, but only 14 lived. i tell you, arabs are like rabbits.

well, you can tell her that she has done a wonderful job in raising these children and that you hope she sees them as doctors and lawyers and that she is able to see their great-grandkids!

how can you tell them apart? what did you name them?

They're SO Cute mashalla (even if they're ugly, you're not allowed to say they're ugly)

How will you manage raising them? are you gona get help?

(if she's not so close to you, don't ask the nosy questions... but I would ask them anyway, cause I'm almost always curious about babies)

Is she happy at the amount? or sad?

If sad, say there may be tax programs that can help her pay, maybe do some minor research for her and give her some names of programs or numbers to call.

This is if she needs financial help.

I would definitely say congratulations and assure her God gives as much strength as required to take care of babies.
When my baby was born I was on my own, had to cope with prematurity issues, sleep deprivation, anxiety, not eating etc etc etc, I have no idea how I got through this phase, but somehow I had the strength and patience for it...
Some people are blessed with easy to handle babies, I hope she's one of them and I'm sure she'll get a lot of assistance from people around her.
