the UK several times, everything disciplined and designed to make everyone satisfied with everything .
the USA several times , lively in every respect, could hardly sleep bec schedule is full day and night .
France , twice , paris is beautiful and the Rivierra is attractive
Germany, twice, people are aloof .
Greece , 3 times ., comfortable for tourists .
Switzerland , nice and quiet
Spain ,wonderful for tourists .
Morroco,
Italy , the people are like us , the places are lovely.
Cyprus , i like its simplicity .
Thailand , for a visit.i like its strange culture and attractive places .
the Emirates , for a visit .
Saudia , for pilgrimage and omra .

i love every place i visited , they are all super .

Armenia, the first country to accept Christianity. The air was fresh and vibrant, the scenery of Mount Ararat was amazing. A lot of old Churches cover the landscape. yerevan is live and busy with activity because of all the economic boost it is recieving. A landlocked country where the only source of water id Lake Sevan where the water is clear and it is where many Armenians go over the weekends to take a nice swim. You could ride a horse through the mountains and could be on top of the Causcuses!

I have been to the Tenereif, Germany, Jersey and Egypt and i love Egypt the people are so friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you it's a beautiful country and the atmosphere is great.

I won't add to all these others.
I'm sure that the world political situation may have to guide you somewhat. Things have changed drastically since some of my travels.

I loved Venezuela and Brazil.
I drove 1700 miles in Venezuela, 17 days. Those Andes are spectacular. I won't go into all the places, as I don't think you want to visit there now. What a loss to tourists.
I could write a travel book, just on that.

Italy is beautiful. However I visited relatives, 3 trips. Always by rental car.

You should realize that USA is very inexpensive for foreigners, with our under valued dollar.

i think i've been to 17 countries, all in the west. so far i like italy best, its beautiful.
i'm going to asia this summer though, hoping to broaden my horizons and understanding of the world

I live in Ireland, and have lived in the Netherlands and Germany.

I've also been to Austria, Denmark (both very briefly), France (longest stay was a month), Italy (twice so far, love it there), Portugal (delightful place, lovely people), the Czech Republic (twice, also lovely, great people), Hungary (briefly in winter, very cold), and the USA (wasn't mad about it, not in a hurry to go back there).

I have spent very short stays in the UK and Belgium, just passing through.

Best of all is Paris with it's nice view of Eiffel Tower, the Notre Dame... nothing could ever compare Paris!
But if you love to see the real nature and the sea, best to go is island in Philippines, try Hundred Islands or Boracay or Puerto Galera... with it's nice climate, white beach and blue and clean water.

I've been to about 25 countries I think, Singapore is my favourite by far.....although Australia isn't too bad either.

I've also visited almost all ex-Yugoslavian republics, as I come from one of them. I come from and live in Serbia and I've been in Montenegro, Bosnia, Croatia and Macedonia, all except Slovenia. But I can't say I went abroad though, as any time I visited any of them, we were still one country.

Anyway, I like all the places I've visited. Every place has its own charm and attractiveness.

I enjoy sea, sun & send and in this "category" my favourites are Dubai (amazing beaches and warm waters), Hammamet (great beaches and warm waters as well), Hurghada (nice beaches, warm waters, great opportunities for diving and snorkling) and Turkey (nice beaches and warm waters, particularly in Alanya). Cote d'Azur is so charming and beaches in Cannes and places southwest of her are very nice, you can enjoy so many spectecular views if you take a train along the coast. ..........

I also enjoy lively and dynamic places, with warm people and great fun. My favorites in this "category" are Turkey, Egypt and Spain. I also like Dubai a lot - a lively place with very diverse population, plenty of opportunities and lots of fun. ..........

Among my favorite cities are (in no particular order): Dubai, Barcelona, Cairo, Alex, Istanbul...

Looking forward to take some new trips soon... :)))

And to go back to those places I already know, of course :)))

when i was younger i went to France, balounge (sorry don't know how to spell it)
all i could smell was cheese and as I'm allergic to cheese i hated it there, but the scenery was nice.

i lived in Portugal for a while and loved it its so beautiful especially the night sky. in England,London there so much light disturbance that your lucky to see Orion.
