What a difficult question to answer.

I guess, when I really think about it, the difference between a lady and a woman is quality. Being a woman only takes the right anatomy...

This may be an oversimplification, but I think that one thing that makes a lady, is her attempt to live her life with dignity and grace...even in the most difficult of situations.

ladies are women with taste,manners,and a great mind.
-women with taste : always being elegant or knowing what to wear on every occasion .
-manners :she always knows what to say and how to act.
-a great mind: she's of high education...not nessesary ,but at least she uses her mind ...she always thinks before acting or saying anything...and she benefits everyone around.
