Listen to music thats remind you of happy days, watch funny or uplifting movies, read spiritual books, pamper yourself with food that you really like, treat yourself with a "home spa" if you have a tight budget, take a nap, go out and watch children having fun play (seeing a kid's smile always makes me smile, too!) and lastly don't think about what's causing your stress for at least few hours, hopefully this will calm you down and get refreshed. |
