I traveled there with my parents over February break. (We did a private tour - definitely the way to go) It is AMAZING!!! I would definitely reccomend a trip there if that is what you're thinking. The culture (ancient and modern) is so unique and interesting, as well as all of the ancient temples, pyramids, the Egyptian Museum, and everything else.
Contrary to what people may think, it was very safe. As a blonde-haired, blue-eyed teen, I got a lot ot attention (both male and female) but it was only friendly attention, such as someone wanting a picture with me or just simply waving.
It was an amazing experience....I LOVE Egypt!!! =) |

well to b honest I always thought of egypt as an ancient city with a lot of mystique to it.. but recently I came across a picture of Cairo and I was plesantly surprised at the development.. I'm certainly more interested in going there once.. one of my closest friends has been there and certainly recommends it.. |

I went to Egypt, Sharm El Sheik for the first time in February. It was wonderful to escape the dreary Scottish weather. Everyone was really friendly and would go out there way to to assist. Sharm itself is enchanting a mix of ancient and modern buildings all on top of each other. The Red Sea is amazing so many impossibly coloured fish, when you see them you feel like you are in a cartoon! An underwater camera is a must. Night life is also excellent from traditional Egyptian dancing and entertainment to eating, drinking dancing the night away in T.G.I Fridays. Cant wait to see the rest of Egypt Pyramids Valley of the Kings etc. |

I think it could be the most wonderful country if it just pulls it's self together. |

It is the most beautiful, peaceful, laid back place I have ever been. The people are so friendly! It has gorgeous beaches. Not to mention all the other famous Egyptian historical places. Recorded history started there! Imagine walking where Moses walked. Imagine walking where Prophet Mohamed (swa) walked! The pharoahs! What's not to like?? Except the dust of course. :-) But it's worth it to be there. |

With more efforts to improve the Economy and Democraty, it will be one of the most wonderful places in the world!
It has everything to be a great place, as the most of the 3rd world's countries, there is a bad management and exploitation of the ressources that we have!
Anyway, even with the actual conditions, Egypte is great thanks to its culture and poeple!
and i'm not Egyptian by the way!! |

I will be moving to Egypt in the fall as I will marry a wonderful man there. I live in the USA but I am really looking forward to the move. I have studied a great deal about Egypt and I know many Egyptians. I'm really excited and do not feel a bit of hesitation what so ever. |

The historic value of Egypt is wonderful, and I would like to visit there. As an alliance they are not to be trusted they would wholeheartedly participate in the annihilation of the Jewish Nation and no doubt Israel's only true alliance; the United States. History reveals Egypt's true motives. |
