Tell me about it ! Since we stay in the same town I share your frustration ! At 21:15 I eventualy had my fire going after an endless search for my gaslamp that I use when fishing . No need to tell you it's been ages since I had time for campingfishing so I had to search thru 4 store rooms in the dark to find it ! After all the struggle and eventualy sitting back in a cumfy chair to look at the fire -on comes the electricity !!!

I laughed this morning when reading News24.com, they had an online pole asking how Eskoms load shedding has affected you, one of the options was "Done wonders for my love life".
I guess if you wouldn't have voted for that option, it's not too late to make amends.
You will just have to ensure that you are not "all alone in the house".....where's your girlfriend?

Tsepo you will have to start to be prepared.....candles, matches, torch, gas primus, boiled water in a Thermo flask, radio with a battery, TV with a car battery (very small one ie TV), wood, charca and Blitz to make a braai with....oh and in your case get one of those blow up dolls the do not work with electricity I think. :) . I bought a very strong gas camping light, so we can still read.....

I know what you are talking about man, a friend of mine just sent me an sms now complaining that while busy making breakfast the electricity decided to vanish yet again!
