i dont think u can forget bad memories
i think u can AVOID them
but one thing about avoiding them is that they never go away, they are just around the corner, waiting to resurface
u have to deal with those memories, solve them or wateva u need to do, and then put them aside
and then u can be at rest
its like many others problems in life, they have to be dealt with and only then will u no peace

EDITbut as to the getting drunk option it doesnt work
sure u forget ur troubles for a while, but then u wake up with a hangover and ur troubles r still there, not gone just merely overlooked for a while
EDIT or how bout cancelling the old bad memories with new happy memories? makes new ones that are better and more powerful than the bad ones?

face them and try to remember every detail and put it in a piece of paper
if u think u acted wrong,,,learn from them and put it in the paper
write what u should of done....and try to correct your mistake as much as u can by any way u can
if u did not act wrong and it was out of your hand
then make sure its in (mezan hasanatek)
meaning u will be rewarded by GOD
either way u r winning
this way u turned the bad memory to good ones

Bad memories .... Always following me but anyway I live with dem ... They are now part of my life that I can't jus FORGET them
They won't shade away ...
Always remember that sucha memories are shaping ur Charisma
I don't try to forget them ... If i did so then am not human ... Cuz when u remember them ... u feel pain which mean dat ur ALIVE ....
I learn from those bad memories ... and btw they are the BEST to teach u lessons in life dat it would be so hard to forget them ....
Bad memories are Irrefragable and they are itinerant in ur soul
So Don't forget them and don't try to do so .. Even sometimes Avoiding them is Impossible ... Then Simply LIVE with dem as I said at first

about me i dont forget the bad memories , because the bad memories is one of the things which giving me the insistence to develop my self and my soul and giving more experience , beside it help to don't do the same mistakes again .

if i where u i wouldn't forget them, i would put them in deep place inside me and crash them with big pure insistence to make me better every day

the key is ur tune else u will be welcome to our cave as me and my sis. when we feel so we imagine that we in cave listing to our music and we make mute to life for a while that works good as we always call it (save in a cave) imaginary one lol but it work lol

Forgetting bad memories is called repression and not dealing with the experience. If bad memories are continuously appearing in your mind and accompanied with negative emotions, it may be that you're not dealing with something. Unless you deal with it, sooner or later, they will reappear in your mind.

What you can do is learn from those bad experiences so you can move on. Those bad memories will appear less and if they appear, it won't effect you as before. Then you can help others who may be in similar situations.

well , when i start remembering bad memories i just cant stop this feeling , yeah i might try to escape a lil , but i can never get over it at the same time..

only time is the way to make u forget ( it can be less effective sometimes , but it usually works this way)

lol , and we really get high ( mehayyeseen ya3ny ) after we drink ( anything whether it's soda or juice)
