when I look out of the window from one of the places I'm staying at I see destruction, homes turned into rubble and confused people. Everyday I also see the red cross, churches, the u.s. army soldiers helping their neighboring town, rural support entities and other volunteers helping rebuild, make food for the tornado survivors etc., etc. I never knew that many people would care about a small, rural farming community that was demolished, but people do! it actually instilled some patriotism in america that I never had before. Kansas tornadoes claim 2 lives, much of Chapman destroyed http://www.kansascity.com/384/story/660653.html was told chapman looks like falluja if the still standing1920's style homes were replaced by cement and mud house. I can't even imagine what the poor iraquis are going through since they see this landscape everyday w/ a high body count. gonna be some definite mental issues there, but hopefully they'll get the support they need to overcome the probs.

my house is on a hill , I look out 3 big windows that over-look a small country town of 900 people , I see a tree , with lots of flower blooms on it , the yard , and then a rose garden I planted for my mother ,when she was alive . There is a " walking park " below the hill I live on . it has many historical wagons , and old machinery on it . I am proud to live here , it is a beautiful place . If I could see the people I know they all would have a smile on their face .

Moonrise
i see what my imagination provides me with according to the moment .
