When i wake up i dont get hungry but i always have my daily breakfast cuz that's the most important meal of the day and to get ur head started!

& i usualy eat Cereal or Toast

i eat as soon a i wake up.... even though i am not always hungry... i get up in the middle of the night and have midnight snacks....

prd told me that everytime anyone in my family hears the microwave go off at night or hear the fridge open and close they know it is me !! lol

Nope....... I normally don't eat breakfast. Just coffee with lots of sugar on the way out the door.

Yes i Do.. I drink Orange Juice with either a Ham and Cheese Croissant or Some toast... Usually that's Monday-Friday before i go to work..

I don't eat right away...first thing I do is drink water...then a cup of coffee...then toast, and then I go from there.

I'm with Aztecaman ! A bowl of porridge made of oatmeal with a little honey added gets me going !

It has to be made the night before though .....it's one of those foods that is always better the second day !

it depends if i was asked to do something or not... if i was asked to, it'll be an hour and a half or two hours after i wake up... if not, it would be 15 inutes after i wake up...

There were times when i had no breakfast :s

I ordered a man2oucheh this morning, it's now 3.45 pm and I'm still waiting.
I can't eat when I wake up, I need at least 1 or 2 hours. I usually make a cheese sandwich ( I love 7alloum) and eat it in the car on my way to work with a coffee.
