There main aim is to kill as many Israeli citizens and destroy the beautiful country Israel.Hamas consistently judges the success of their attacks by the number of Israelis they kill – men, women, children. Hamas does not even try to attack military targets; their rockets are directed toward towns, cities and farms rather than military bases. The group's rockets land on playgrounds, apartment buildings, public parks, schools and private homes.

Hamas terrorists choose not to expose themselves by firing these weapons from open areas. They construct launch pads in densely populated regions in Gaza, using the local Palestinian population as a shield because they do not care if their fellow Palestinians are killed by their own misfiring rockets (as frequently occurs) or by retaliatory strikes by Israel. The leaders of Hamas, like their ideological soulmates in Hezbollah, actually prefer that Israel hits back because they know that if civilians inadvertently are casualties, the international community will blame the Israelis.

from a personal experience , those hand made rockets are nothing compare with the horrible rockets Israeli used.and the damage it caused..

As to the rhetorical "question" the goals of all resistance organizations are the same: to end by force a hostile occupation. That is usually covered in high school social studies. In any event there is your answer. In this instance the feeling is Russians already have plenty of territory and do not need to dispossess the people of Palestine in order to create an alleged paradise on earth for Russian atheists. First, you have to look at what is the situation. both versions:

Israelis believe that they belong in Palestine and all land is rightfully theirs, both through historical inheritance and legal purchase.

Palestinians believe that even though Israelites used to live there in ancient times, it doesn't give them the right to claim it as their own land, and the whole land is still Palestine.

What truly happened is that the Palestinian state was a mandate of British Empire during World War 2, and even before that;
and the British sold the land to the Jews who were escaping the Nazi Massacre.
Basically, the British sold the land that wasn't theirs and the Palestinians and the Israelis are having a war for it.

Technically speaking, both the Israelis and the Palestinians are being unfair by launching missiles without proper coordinates, that could land on civilians. So both of them are wrong.

Israelis are launching missiles into Palestine because they blame Hamas for terrorism and unrest in the region.

Hamas launches missiles into Israel because they blame IDF and Israeli politics for stealing land and oppression of innocent civilians.

None of them can understand what's happening on the other side.

Hamas is a resistance group and not a terrorist group like Israel would like us to believe. Palestine does not have the weapons or military capacity that Israel does unfortunately (because if they did then Israel would think twice before dropping bombs on innocent women and children) so i believe that the rockets are a form of protest against the occupation. Hamas knows that the rockets will do very little damage and the chances of someone getting hurt by them are not great, therefore i think that it is their way of saying to Israel "we will never accept your occupation of our land and we will continue to fight until you give back to us what you stole"!!! and "Atlasi_h" and "brown eyed girl" i agree with you 100%

Hamas wants to of course kill the Israelis because they think that the holy city/land should belong to them.So there have been a series of fighting for hundreds of years.But right now its popular because its gotten more serious

You must understand something about Hamas and other terrorist groups. The people who are members of such organizations are not rational people.

They do not have ethics or morals. They have been taught to hate from birth and do not know any different. They believe that killing Jews will get them into heaven.

Firing rockets scares people, that is what Hamas wants, but Hamas is not rational. Their leaders are mentally unstable and do not understand the difference between right and wrong.

Some might argue that Hamas is doing this to provoke Israel into a war, so that the world will condemn Israel.

However, you must understand that Iran is in control of Hamas. Iran finances Hamas and supplies the weapons, and Hamas (like Hezbollah and Islamic Jihad) must obey the directions of their Iranian masters.

It is because media in not their for them much so they want world attention. We have to understand that their living conditions and surroundings have cause them to become mentally ill.

They are trying to provoke Israel in to a response so when Israel blows them to high hell they can claim that they are innocent and Israel is a big bully who is picking on the poor innocent Palestinians. Then the governments of the world who are some of the dumbest people I have ever seen will believe that bull, and tell Israel to stop and they should give back more land, like that would make a difference.

I don't know who these Palestinians are trying to fool. Perhaps they are trying to incite another Israeli attack and garner more worldwide sympathy/aid to use to buy weapons and keep attacking the Jewish state. Me? I support Israel 100%; Gaza is the festering hellhole that it is thanks to Hamas, not Israel.

Three Qassam rockets have fallen in the past 24 hours into southern Israel

Firstly Hamas doesn't recognize any cities in Israel, and they call them "settlements", as if Israel was a colony, trying to legitimize murdering civilians.

Going by watching their own TV channel, Al-Aqsa TV, they display videos of innocent civilians in Israeli towns like Sderot running for cover, crying, being put into ambulances, they get joy out of showing these images. These rockets are mainly to create psychological disorders, then trying to cause maximum damage to civilians by planting ball-bearings into their rockets, and if they manage to kill any civilian they can give out sweets and candy to their people.

In response to people saying these rockets are for "defence", most of the rockets are aimed directly and knowingly at civilian targets, holding zero military objects, the description in Hamas' dictionary of "defence" is cowardly hiding behind women and children while firing rockets, hoping for Israel to respond to get some dead bodies shown on the International media.
