It could mean a lot of things. Depending on your culture is a big factor. Let me tell you what it means in America. It means that the woman should consider letting him have more than one woman in a relationship. Not the traditional I am yours and only yours.
Financially it might mean that he wants a woman who will not be the traditional stay at home mom. It could mean get out and work and pull your weight with our family. Good luck with a man who tells you he is looking for a woman with an open mind.

that could mean a varitey of things depending on the person saying it. my opinion: willing to try new things, not affraid of commitment, not posessive, is ok with it if her partner has other friends (even if they female), goes with the flow, willing to cooperate/negociate in a conflict.

usually he means a woman that can make concessions , give up somethings , could be a material things or sometimes it's moral or traditions things and even sometimes he asks to give up her self
