1. I disagree with the premise of your statement. All 'things' exist. What doesn't exist is no thing (nothing), otherwise how would you know what is it called if it doesn't exist.

2. If, as someone thought, we determine existence by "interacting" with whatever exists, then do we determine non-existence by detecting non-interaction with things that do not exist

3. Your examples are questionable; e.g. "Fountain of youth," has achieved an adjective status, especially in the health, cosmetics, and spa, industry. So, there appears to be many such fountains available. there are other arguments that could be brough against the other two.
