I love the typhoon that is on the way. Yay it is coming straight for us!! Windows are taped up and just come back from 7-11 with "essential supplies" beer, chocolate, ice cream etc. Hubby is on the way back from blockbuster with a good movie and we are going to sit it out.

But I do love the rice paddies in spring when they plant the rice and now just before harvesting. Oh did I mention the typhoons!!

Wow, Where do you live?
Well, Since Iam originally Persian, being in Britain has dampened my love of history. Yes, there are many beautiful castles and palaces all around the Uk, but nothing could compare to the Palaces of Persia, Persepolis and the love of its people of Poetry.

It is fascinating to see how long things take before they become unusable. Sometimes it is a building, or a road or a railway, or just a system, but sooner or later they fall apart. It is all very exciting to watch. When it has finished, we will go back to our kraals and tell our stories about the white man's time, while we are sitting under the big mopani and drinking beer.

But lately it has begun to happen to me, too.

i would love to see that. All we have is derelict buildings, litter, chavs (yes i said CHAVS), smog, and damn ugly women holding their bellies up so they can walk.

All the nature around me. When I wake up in the morning and open the windows, then all the birds are singing. The doves, the cuckoos, woodpeckers and many more. If the wind blows, then I can hear the leaves of the giant poplars rustling. 300 metres from our house, there is a lake, and it is so peaceful to go for walks with the dogs. ItÂ´s absolutely fantastic not living in the city anymore.

The beauty of nature, the farm dam with all the geese, everything. In winter the colour of the smoke that comes out of the chimney, it is snow white. I live on a farm and love everything about it.

How polite many people are even though they do not have much. They still manage to, get on with their life and find the good in everything.

Well, where i live Im facinated by this old castle that is so creepy but it tells history.
I used to always go there with my friends two years ago, i heard its getting knocked down now though.
