I'm with you on German, it sounds harsh but love it when they speak english.
Turkish also has a lot of harsh sounds.

One of the scandinavian languages. They all sound absolutely horrible. Dutch and German both sound absolutely terrible.

i have to listen to it all day long and have been for 6 years now. Half of the time it doesn't sound like "words" sounds more like their making sounds of a hurt animal....

Out of the English speaking nations I dislike how the Americans speak. As someone alse has said, they are too twangy; drawl their words too uch; too loud.

I don't particularly like German; Chinese; or Cambodian

The worst "language" I know is Hessian, which is a German dialect. It sounds like the person talking is either stupid or thinks you might be. I quite like the actual sound of German itself, but then it's my mother tongue and you can't be very objective about that.

I also think Dutch sounds dead funny. Kind of like you've got a sore throat all the time.

There are no horrible sounding languages. You have to realize that it's someone's native tongue. It's like religions. You may not agree with their ideals but you still need to respect the fact that people believe in it.

Actually it depends on the context.

French sounds very bad after you spend like three hours with Frenchies talking in French, but one has to admit, French sounds very cool in songs. For singing I think Portuguese sounds best.

Some Asian languages also don't sound that nice.

As far as worst....probably the South African accent.....it sounds arrogant.

Really i like all the languages , i think each one has a nice sound , but maybe i dont like much american accent , i dont know why , in the movies its ok , but in real its not fine .

Well, if you want official answers it would be a good idea not to bias your question by stating your opinion as a detail.
My own personal belief.. is I know this is odd.. But I hate spanish.
I don't appreciate the way it abbreviates the sentences I particularly hate how it adds annoying prefixes and participles.
