Chicken soup and lots of water and time.
The chicken soup replaces all the minerals that the body has lost. And the water thins out the alcohol content in the blood so that one does not feel so woozy. Vitamin C also has a positive effect.
This makes one feel a bit better, but the body still takes the same amount of time to get rid of the alcohol.
The story about greasy foods is not correct. It is advisable to eat a heavy greasy meal BEFORE one goes out partying so that the stomach has a good "lining" for all the following Hansas. |

What you eat does not make much difference - except for water.
The point of a meal is just to occupy some time, because only time and water cures a hangover. |

I always found that something greasy helped to settle my stomach. Even having a beakfast of eggs toast and LOTS of bacon or sausages. |

Same as Erik B. As long it is greasy... Pizza always helps me.
Oh, and to prevent from getting a hangover: before you go to sleep (fall in a coma), eat 3 rollmops and take 3 Aspirin. It's gross, I know, but it works. |

One wimpy cheese burger with a glass of cream soda. The food is good and cream soda settles the stomach after a night of drinking, no idea why but it works |
