What is the first place you would go after arriving in Israel?

After you have settled in at your hotel in whatever city you choose.
What city would that be and where would you set off to first?

I would base myself in Jerusalem and my first stop would be the Old City and the Western Wall.
Having been there before I would head south through the desert and onto Eliat as I have not been there prior.

Great question!

The first place we went was to the Old City. We stayed within walking distance. Spend at least a week in Jerusalem!

Also not to be missed was Bet She'an.

AL-QUDS and the first place will be AL-AQSA MASJID.......

If I was young and looking for fun I would go first to Tel Aviv and take excursions from there. If I was wise and looking for history I would go to Jerusalem and absorb the magnificent history of this famous city. If I wanted to see some sights I would do to Haifa, the Galilee Cesare, Acre, Golan heights etc. If I want beaches, blue water, pretty people and real fun I would go to Eilat. So, now chose lol.

Definitely the old city of Jerusalem. So many historic as well as religious landmarks to see as well as shopping and lots of culture.

Yes, Al-Quds! That's Jerusalem in Arabic. The Dome of the Rock is my favorite, and Al-Aqsa Mosque is nice. There are also some great churches. Watch out if you have cuts, the Dead Sea stings! But its great. Try to hang around some Palestinians too. Most of them are great people.
