What is the most important lesson you learned from "life" so far?

I guess I've learned that nobody is "considered" perfect, mistakes and failures are bound to happen so that we learn how to "grow out of them" and how to tolerate others who should be allowed to make mistakes...perfectness can be in the way that YOU see it and true love can make everything perfect.

Webby, how deep!!! How could I have missed that precious lesson?

Life taught me to be tolerant, and not to judge the pple although sometimes i dont apply what i've learnt.

I learned to never try to remove the stone of an avocado with a knife.

Edit: I just remembered another important lesson I've learned in life: Never let your hairdresser cut your hair if she's telling you about her mother in law.

That you only have control of yourself and your own actions. Other people will disappoint you but it's all up to you how to react to it.

I've learned so many lessons from my life so far...

I've constantly moved around, from one country to the next; have met so many different people, cultures, mentalities, intellects, religious views....I've learned to accept everyone and everything for what it is and be very tolerant and understanding towards others...

I've learned that although it seems tough at times and that its easier to believe that "good people always finish last"....that's not true! We suffer more for being good hearted, but at the end of the day, it does pay off and I do get to sleep with a clear conscience....you just have to be wise about it and know when you're being taken advantage of...

But lately, I've also come to accept that everything truly does happen for a reason, you just have to trust that its not "the end of the world" every time something you want soooo much doesn't happen the way you had planned...and just by accepting this fact, it has made my life a LOT less stressful!

lol webby. so THATS how you got that scar on your inner thigh. wink.

the lesson ive learned... happiness is not a destination but rather, it is a method of life.

Rohit
I've learned a lesson from my mistake that took my life away from me.

"We should never lie unless it causes some good to others"

A simple lie once said needs hundreds of lies following it to cover itself which makes life awful for the person the lie was for and makes life horrible and pointless for the person who initiated the lie.

Thank You ......R

It goes by too fast.

when making hot chocolate, dont stick your finger in the pot to see if the waters hot enought O.o also no one is perfect, and you cant judge a book by it's cover same with a human being

Walk carefully. If you don't learn from history, you are bound to repeat it. To eat your peas with honey, it keeps them on the knife.

that some people can;t be trusted, no one is perfect, and u shouldnt worry to much about pleasing other people if in the end u arent pleasing urself, dont worry about what other people think because 99% of the time they do what they do only to bring you down, that i am my own worst enemy, and to never ever ever ever ever share problems with another person because ima say about 60% dont care about them and 40% are glad u have those problems...
