Every profession in the world has its share of weirdos (i mean humans).......... However, people working in the medical field, can have a devastating effect on a person's life, so imagine having a nut case or an ignorant person posing to be a doctor ruining yr chances of a happy normal life.

I would have to agree with you that the medical profession has an above average ratio of weirdo's.Its especially so with those who have worked for any length of time on night shift, they are a strange race apart.
Now, if we dare go into the realms of night shift on a psych' ward, then it really gets difficult to tell the staff from the patients.
I've worked in the bizarre and unreal world of the music industry. But the stories I can tell from that era of my life have nothing on those I could tell from my years as a reg. nurse/counsellor, working in alcohol and drug rehabilitation.

Like somebody said.. art. A person is an artist if they think out of the box, they take the unconventional road. Thinking out of the box is unusual. Unusual is considered 'weird'. Hence, most of them are weird.

I was just arguing about that like an hour ago. I think this is a good weird. Some people obviously dont think so, those are the ones who dont appreciate art or artists.
