Definitely Christmas. I usually don't get gifts, but the spirit around that time is unlike any other. People are soooo much nicer, I cn watch the Grinch and Charlie Brown non-stop, and wear ridiculous socks and sweaters for days! And the food is great. It's like birthdays, Thanksgiving and Easter combined! |

Halloween. I love decorating the house and yard to make it look spooky, and the kids enjoying the scene, and scary music, of course. I even dress mannikins as Dracula, Wolfman, Freddy Krueger, and others. Kids are always so cute in their costumes. I used to dress in costume also when I passed out candy. Now I am at the age where I no longer need a mask to look scary. I'm 29 and "a few" months. Oh, and can't forget about pumpkin carving. I plan ahead to be creative. No "ordinary" pumpkins here!!! I just like Fall in general. A wonderful time of the year. |
