i close my eyes and i imagine that 'm sitting on the beach and listen to the water and the birds and feel the sun on my skin and the wind hitting my face
seriously once i open my eyes..i'm a new person ,relaxed w/ no headache

I love working in my flower garden , I relax , and feel at peace , but because I am sick , I feel like my bed is getting to be more of a place to relax .

go someplace where i can feel cool air around ( not hot , nor cold ) and just stand there for couple of minutes and breathe deep and then i relax in no time. Thank GOD
