same as you except the Vietnamese and Mexican cuisines, in addition to that i like mediterranean and Italian cuisines. Saudi cuisine is so diverse but my favorite is the Haili cuisine, and my favorite dish is Kubaibah http://www.up.7ail.net/files/17923.jpg

mexican.. and I mean real mexican, not taco bell or chilis junk
I grew up in Texas and one of my good girlfriends was mexican, her mother used to make home made tamalis. mmmm! hand rolled in the corn husks.. and her tortillas were to die for.. Everything was spicy hot, and my family I think liked the fact I was friends with her, brought fringe benefits with me bringing home tons of homemade goodies from my friends house when I visited.. |

Recently I had this egyptian dish called Khoshary and really liked it. I also like Italian and Persian cooking. But most of all I like Indian food - easily the most intricate and delicate cuisine in the world. Takes a patience to make but is a feast for the sense. |
